There is a new program to get rid of excess weight based on the ideal foods for blood group, whether blood group A, B or O or AB.
In fact, the diet based on blood type is based on the principle that we have all genetically different configuration, and encouraged to eat foods that support these differences. Only blood type, there are some excellent foods you you should refrain from eating other foods. If your blood from Category A, for example, suits a vegetarian diet, you should eat a diet rich in protein and little carbohydrate if your blood group O. Although this diet can help get rid of excess weight, they also help to improve energy levels and get rid of laziness.
Vegetarian diet is ideal for Class A:
Eat at breakfast two slices of full wheat toast with low-fat hummus, or eat a bowl of cereal with fruit.
At lunch, eat a chicken salad with wholemeal bread wheat or grilled salmon.
At dinner, eat a grilled white fish with rice full of wheat and steam boiled vegetables or vegetable curry.
Avoid dairy products.
Balance between red meat and dairy products category B:
Eating breakfast boiled egg with two slices of toasted bread full of wheat, or Cuba fraction of natural yoghurt with sliced bananas.
At lunch, eating vegetable omelet or a slice of roast beef.
At dinner, eating pasta with minced meat and 50 grams of cheese.
Avoid chicken and bacon.
Combining the two categories A and B class AB:
Eat at breakfast boiled eggs with toast or fresh fruit salad.
At lunch, eat fried tofu.
At dinner, eat grilled fish with sweet potato chips and hummus or grilled tuna slices cooked Chinese-style with soy sauce.
Avoid caffeine.
Many of the few protein carbohydrate category O:
Eat at breakfast half a pack of boiled beans, tomatoes (tomatoes) grilled, or eat two slices of smoked salmon or rice and one pie.
At lunch, eat a tuna salad or a small bowl of tomato soup with a slice of brown bread.
At dinner, eat a salmon fillet with grilled sweet potatoes and boiled vegetables steam or roast chicken with soy sauce.
Avoid avocados and oranges.
